BILLING
You authorize Capital Media (Pvt) Limited, publishers of Echelon magazine, Cosmopolitan Sri Lanka and BBC TopGear Sri Lanka to charge the respective price off your credit/debit card account.
REFUNDS
You may cancel your subscription at any time during the subscription period by contacting customer services, and receive a full refund on all undelivered issues.
SUBSCRIPTIONS & RENEWALS
Subscriptions are valid only for residents in Sri Lanka.
We will email you a statement prior to the end of each subscription term with the rate and savings then in effect. You can choose to either renew your subscription online or send us a cheque.
PAYMENT DETAILS
Cheques must be drawn in the favour of Capital Media (Pvt) Ltd. And crossed Account Payee only.
DELIVERY
Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery of the first issue.
Delivery within Colombo and its suburbs will be made via courier. Delivery to outstation and remote locations will be by post.
Capital Media (Pvt) Ltd. cannot be held responsible for any delay or loss caused by third-party suppliers.
